The Open Democracy Project is a not-for-profit startup working to open the democratic process by publishing a shared campaign resource package for councillor and trustee races. DemocracyKit is built by local campaigners, for local campaigners.

Riley Peterson is a student and community organizer from York South-Weston. She is the Budget Lead of the Toronto Youth Cabinet, the City of Toronto’s official youth advisory body.
