This presentation focuses on the library in the digital age, the types of technology services offered at the Toronto Public Library and the Bridge Toolkit project. Speakers:
- Carmen Ho – Carmen is part of the Policy, Planning and Performance Management team at Toronto Public Library. In her role as a Planning Specialist, she engages in long and short-term planning for the organization and develops standards, performance measures and evaluates methodologies and outputs on library projects and services.
- Jorge Rivera – Jorge is the Project Lead for the Bridge Toolkit rollout province-wide. His role is to ensure library administrators know how to use Bridge effectively in order to communicate value and identify areas where more support is needed.
