- Hayley Oleksiak – Driven by a passion for smart, sustainable development, Hayley Oleksiak is a Senior Analyst at James Lima Planning + Development, creating urban solutions from site-specific to regional scales. Inspired by her childhood love of SimCity, she founded Open Space Sandbox (https://www.openspacesandbox.com/) to develop gamified citizen engagement tools that empower communities to design equitable and vibrant open spaces.
