This presentation focuses on the library in the digital age, the types of technology services offered at the Toronto Public Library and the Bridge Toolkit project. Bridge is an effort to measure the impact of technology services offered at libraries across Ontario.

Carmen Ho
Carmen is part of the Policy, Planning and Performance Management team at Toronto Public Library. In her role as a Planning Specialist, she engages in long and short-term planning for the organization and develops standards, performance measures and evaluates methodologies and outputs on library projects and services.
Jorge Rivera
Jorge is the Project Lead for the Bridge Toolkit rollout province-wide. His role is to ensure library administrators know how to use Bridge effectively in order to communicate value and identify areas where more support is needed.
