Francesca is an upper-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, pursuing a double major in Human Geography (Planning) and Urban Studies with a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Passionate about creating just and liveable cities through community-centred planning and advocacy, she currently serves as a Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Assistant to Councillor Chris Moise.
