LTB Project
The LTB Project aims to discover what can and cannot be known about the ways in which landlords and tenants use the Landlord and Tenant Board, with the hope that the insights from the data can help policy makers, the LTB, landlords, tenants and advocacy organizations in their work.
The Landlord and Tenant Board, part of Tribunals Ontario, is the body responsible for adjudicating between landlord and tenant disputes, under then Residential Tenancies Act.
